Campaign Goals

The primary objective of the marketing campaign is to find a buyer for your home. The criteria for meeting this objective include the following:

Audience

The target audience for your home are prospective buyers actively searching for homes within your home’s price range, area, lifestyle, or any combination of these variables. We’ll use information such as photos, potentially video, and details about your home as the main benefit or value to attract the audience. This information will help them determine if your home meets their criteria and give them the opportunity to express their interest.

Positioning

The message’s positioning is the main theme in the marketing for your home. It represents the distinct value your home offers in comparison to its competition on the market. Buyers are evaluating your home against the others, which is why we want your home to stand out from the competing houses.

Developing the positioning requires three steps: Assessing the home’s condition and highlight features compared to other similar home for sale, connecting those features to the current trends in buyer preferences, crafting the narrative to connect to the distinctive value your home offers.

Calls to Action

Calls to Action are created for different levels of buyer interest to connect with the viewer based on where they are in their home buying journey. The following calls-to-action may be used throughout the marketing mix for your home’s campaign:

    Viewers can schedule a specific day and time to tour your home. This indicates a serious buyer. A variation of this call-to-action is “See This Home.”
  • Ask a Question
    Viewers can fill out a form, message, text, or call my phone number to find out more details about your home. This indicates a high-interest buyer. Typically, the next step for this viewer is to schedule a tour to see the home.

Alongside Broker/Owner Debbie Kowalski, Tina leads the team with decades of combined experience helping buyers, sellers, and real estate investors throughout Southeast Wisconsin navigate the housing market.

Tina Lewis – Founder | Broker/Owner

Tina founded Home Team Real Estate Group with the goal of creating a real estate experience where clients feel supported, informed, and confident throughout the entire process. Tina began her career in property management in 2003, gaining extensive experience overseeing residential communities, working closely with homeowners and investors, and managing large property portfolios.

In 2015, Tina expanded into real estate sales, bringing with her a strong operational background and deep understanding of property ownership, investment properties, and the local real estate market. Her experience managing more than 300 residential units throughout her career provides valuable insight that benefits both buyers and sellers today.

Tina works with home buyers, home sellers, and real estate investors throughout the Milwaukee area and Southeast Wisconsin, helping clients navigate everything from first-time home purchases to investment properties and multi-family opportunities.

One of the qualities clients appreciate most about working with Tina is her honesty and straightforward approach. She believes in giving clients the information they need to make the best decisions — even when it may not always be what they want to hear. Her goal is always to protect her clients’ interests and help them achieve the best possible outcome when buying or selling real estate.

Many of Tina’s clients come to her during major life transitions — whether it’s purchasing a first home, downsizing, investing in real estate, or helping families navigate the sale of a loved one’s property. She takes pride in being a trusted resource families can lean on during important and sometimes difficult transitions.

Debbie Kowalski – Broker/Owner

Debbie Kowalski joined Home Team Real Estate Group in 2024, bringing with her decades of experience in real estate operations and property management. Prior to joining Home Team, Debbie spent 25 years with Reilly Joseph Company where she oversaw the operations of five apartment complexes totaling more than 570 units.

A licensed real estate broker with an MBA from Cardinal Stritch University, Debbie brings exceptional organizational expertise, leadership, and strategic insight to the team. Her experience working with property owners, coordinating vendors, and managing large residential communities provides valuable perspective for clients navigating real estate transactions, investment opportunities, and property ownership.

Debbie’s professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to service make her an invaluable resource for buyers and sellers throughout the Wisconsin real estate market.
