Drawing from her extensive background and commitment to excellence, Tina built a team that shares her passion for client success and community impact.

Tina Lewis – Owner & Real Estate Division Lead
Tina brings over 15 years of property management expertise and nearly a decade of real estate experience to Home Team. She began her career managing a portfolio of 344 units at Reilly Joseph Co., where she earned a reputation for outstanding service and attention to detail. In 2015, Tina transitioned into real estate, becoming a trusted advocate for clients navigating the complexities of buying and selling homes.

Tina holds a business degree and is a licensed real estate broker. Her certifications include:

Debbie Kowalski – Property Management Division Lead
Debbie Kowalski joined Home Team with over 20 years of property management experience, including overseeing 572 units at Reilly Joseph Co. A licensed real estate broker with a business degree, Debbie is known for her exceptional organizational skills and dedication to client satisfaction.

At Home Team, Debbie leads the property management division, ensuring seamless operations for the multiple condo associations and residential properties we manage. Her expertise makes her an invaluable resource for homeowners and associations alike.
