Debbie brings over 25 years of expertise in real estate management to her role as a Real
Estate Broker. For two and a half decades, she served as the Administrator/Portfolio
Manager at Reilly Joseph Company, a prominent Real Estate Property Management
Company in Milwaukee, WI. In this capacity, Debbie oversaw the daily operations of five
complexes comprising 572 apartment units. Her responsibilities included the approval
of all applications, meticulous drafting of leases and associated documents, ensuring
lease validity, and maintaining exceptional occupancy rates of 97-99%.
As part of her role, Debbie led a team, handling recruitment, training, supervision, and
performance evaluations. She also managed budget reviews, expense approvals, and
vendor negotiations, ensuring cost-effectiveness and meticulous attention to detail.
With a keen eye for thoroughness, she reviewed contracts and work processes,
providing final approval on invoices and ensuring client satisfaction.
In 2024, Debbie retired from Reilly Joseph Company and joined forces with Home Team
Real Estate Group and Property Management, LLC. As a partner, she oversees property
management for multiple condominium complexes and single-family homes. Debbie is
dedicated to assisting clients in buying and selling properties while continuing to
expand the property management business.
Debbie’s credentials include a Real Estate Broker license obtained in 2009, essential for
negotiating and signing lease agreements. In 2015, she earned an MBA with honors
from Cardinal Stritch University, demonstrating her commitment to professional
development and excellence.
Despite her focus on real estate, Debbie has maintained her LPN license in Wisconsin,
reflecting her enduring dedication to nursing care throughout her career. As a seasoned
leader in upper management, she has supervised numerous employees and remains
deeply invested in the well-being of her team.
Outside of work, Debbie cherishes spending time with her family, finding balance
between her professional pursuits and personal life.
