With a solid foundation built over 15 years of property management experience at Reilly Joseph Co, Tina has honed her skills to perfection. During her tenure at Reilly Joseph Co, she expertly oversaw a vast portfolio of 344 units, showcasing her commitment to excellence and her dedication to ensuring the highest levels of client satisfaction.

In 2015, Tina decided to take her career in a new direction, transitioning into the world of real estate. This pivotal decision marked the beginning of Home Team Real Estate Group’s journey and Tina’s rise as a prominent REALTOR®.

Tina holds a business degree and is a licensed real estate broker, currently holds certificates as PSA (Pricing Strategy Advisor) & CREN (Certified Real Estate Negotiator) & is currently working towards her Luxury Home Selling Expert & Real Estate Negotiating Expert certificates, making her an invaluable asset to her clients. As the head of the real estate division at Home Team, Tina brings a wealth of knowledge and a passion for helping clients find their dream homes or transition to a new chapter in their lives.

Debbie Kowalski: Leading Property Management Division

Tina Lewis expanded her team by adding another seasoned expert, Debbie Kowalski, who she had previously worked with at Reilly Joseph Co. Debbie’s impressive career includes overseeing a remarkable 572 units, a testament to her exceptional property management skills. Today, she continues to manage these units while contributing her extensive expertise to Home Team Real Estate Group.

Debbie, like Tina, is a licensed real estate broker and holds a business degree, boasting over 20 years of experience in property management.
